For the last 16 years, I have been a licensed realtor in Texas, and for the last 20+ years I have been a real estate investor and real estate acquisitions manager for syndicates. I focus primarily on large multifamily and hospitality acquisitions.

As a real estate acquisitions manager, I lead the efforts in identifying and securing new properties that fit into the company’s portfolio and that meet the company’s objective and criteria. I have a proven track record in real estate acquisitions, due diligence, and contract negotiation. I am a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box to identify new opportunities. As a real estate acquisitions manager, I am responsible for developing and executing our acquisition strategy, as well as managing a team of analysts.
