ABOUT
Greg combines 45 years’ experience in international Master Planning work, Project
Development, and Architecture in Texas, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USVI, Indonesia, and California.
Greg has an even longer commitment to renewable energy and environmentally sustainable
projects. Currently WATKINS CERNY ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS, INC. provide large scale
design of sustainable mixed-use projects, Master Planning, and commercial architecture for a
variety of clients. Watkins Cerny acts as project developer on several projects. Greg has
worked for 40 years designing hi-rise and large mixed-use projects globally. Greg has additional
experience in renewable energy, carbon emission reduction projects, sustainability, and has had
many key-note speaking engagements on carbon, sustainability, training for renewables and
carbon markets. In 2008 Greg co-sponsored the first Carbon Credit Conference in Mexico City
with our US Ambassador, Jeffrey Davidow and formed CARBON CONSULTANTS, INC. to
develop CDM projects and provide emissions consultancy. In 2022 Greg formed NORTHSTAR
SPACEPORTS to compete in an RFP for a new SPACEPORT in Puerto Rico. That RFP is still
open, now we are looking at sites around the world.

CCI works with a variety of clients to help them develop strategic carbon plans, and to monetize
their energy efficiency solutions through emission commodities such as carbon credits. We
develop CDM projects for our own and consult with others to develop carbon assets for finance
leverage on their projects. CCI writes PIN and PDD applications to approval bodies and
processing the credits through monetization. Greg co-sponsored the first carbon credit
conference in Mexico City in 2008 with Jeffrey Davidow, ex US Ambassador to Mexico
