Book intercompany entries between companies to ensure books are balanced prior to reviewing consolidation. Month end and year end reporting done timely and reported to franchise. Company is selling and reducing staff due to COVID.

O’Connor & Associates is the largest privately held company in Houston handling property tax remediation and litigation and handling commercial and residential appraisals. Solely responsible for handing all the accounting for multiple entities, handling all bank reporting, and working with India team to ensure all work is performed accurate. Implement new processes and programs to reduce cost by 25%. High volume of intercompany reconciliations and reviews between 32 companies every month. Established a simplified process to ensure timely month end close. Worked close with India and the back office to ensure procedures and policies were followed. My position was moved to India and the reason I obtained new employment.

Syntal Capital Partners is an independent, SEC registered investment management firm in the Permian Basin. As a key partner in the executive team, I was responsible for overseeing the family office division of the office and the daily operations of the accounting department. We worked closely with the trading team to ensure the assets of the trustee were managed correctly and investments were timely moved to cover day – to- day transactions.
